Concepts and methods were described with great clarity, as well as clear understanding of the practical applications of each approach.  The concepts included a great deal of research and evidence to support the methods and approaches in working with clients.  The material was very clear, thorough, and understandable.  It was very easy to read and follow.  Content was categorized in ways that easily flowed through the chapters.
